Magic sunlight: the theater of the sky
Crainy Island caught the sunlight, last view of the sun before it ducked into the clouds. We may not have gotten a sunset but we still got a visual treat!

“Quoth the fish crow… Never more!” Such an Edgar Allen Poe Sunday! Could barely see or hear anything in the dense fog! No ravens in this area. Not even many American crows. But fish crows love to congregate and harass eagles, red shouldered hawks or anyone else of interest here on the Potomac.
Peek-a-boo!

Sundown 1-15-18. The wonderful thing about the end of the day is how relaxing a sunset is. Sunrise is equally lovely but too soon blindingly bright. Day is done vs. day’s begun! A totally different mindset.
